Youth and Young Adults
YOUTH
Veniré Youth is the youth group in our Parish. Veniré has been running since 2012, and brings together high schoolers from across the Gold Coast. Our youth group is open to all high schoolers (grades 7 -12), and provides an opportunity for young people to grow in their faith, whilst being surrounded by other like-minded people and having fun at the same time. We cover different topics about the faith and unpack these topics through activities, games, testimonies, small groups and more!
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month, in Casey Hall beside Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 6:30 - 9:00pm. Dinner is provided!

YOUNG ADULTS
BIBLE STUDY - If you're 16 and over, come and connect with us every fortnight as we unpack scripture. This bible study is about being in a safe space with other young Christians to learn and grow in your understanding of the word of God. Contact us if you'd like to be connected in. We meet on Mondays from 6:30pm. |
Youth Music Ministry:
The Youth Music Ministry Band is comprised of high school and young adults. The Youth Music Band has guitars and singers. We are always looking for more people to join us with their instruments and all instruments are accepted! The Youth Music Band leads music at the Youth Mass every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the Month at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, as well as assisting with confirmation, communion and other Masses in the parish and providing music around the community.
